My family & I experienced the best residential support services by the property manager at Jannat Estates. The property manager and the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a concern or request, I received a prompt response. It has been a pleasure to have Jannat Estates as a landlord and I honestly couldn't have had a better living experience. I highly recommend Jannat Estates.

I have had a positive experience renting from Jannat Estates. When I first inquired about the place of interest, he responded the same day and was available to answer all my questions. The application process was thorough yet simple. I have had minimal issues with my condo in the 5 months I have been here. When I did have an issue with my refrigerator, it was addressed promptly within 2 days.  My experience this far has exceeded other renting experiences I have had in the past. I would highly recommend renting from Jannat Estates to others.

Absolutely one of the most professional and kind landlords I’ve had the pleasure of renting from. Our lease hasn’t started yet, but I already feel assured that we are in excellent hands. Very helpful, prompt and professional in replies, and an absolute delight to talk to! Will definitely be recommending to all my apartment and house hunting friends.

***** was one of the Best landlords I have rented from. He was always prompt in his replies and professional in all interactions. He never made any unreasonable requests and would happily answer my questions. He was very willing to work with me when it came to the end of my lease. 10/10 would recommend

Rented from Jannat Estates for over 5 years at two different locations and would absolutely do so again! Always accommodating and responded to any issues quickly, Truly a great experience and can't recommend highly enough!
